Refund & Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue.
To start a return, please email us at support@mydayskincare.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and a photo if applicable. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Returns & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

Returns due to buyer’s remorse are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise approved by our team
We do not accept returns for items that:

Were delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Have been opened or used (due to the hygienic nature of our products)
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@mydayskincare.com with:

A photo of the product and packaging

A short description of the issue

Your order number
We’ll evaluate the situation and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend:

Refunds
If your return or claim is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days

It may take an additional few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@mydayskincare.com.
European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

Unclaimed packages returned to sender

Orders abandoned due to unreachable recipients (e.g. incorrect address, missing phone number)

Cancellation requests made after the product has already been prepared for shipment
